The museum is open on Wednesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm. This may be subject to change depending on volunteer availability.

ADMISSION
There is a small charge for entry. Accompanied children under 16 can visit us free of charge.
DONATIONS
As a volunteer-led museum, we welcome donations. These will allow us to continue to collect, display and promote the history of our ancient market town.
Getting Here
Witney and District Museum is located just off the High Street at the junction with Witan Way, through the archway inscribed ‘BARTLETT BUILDERS’.
On foot
Follow the ‘Town Museum’ signs from the town centre.
By car
There are free of charge public car parks in Woodford Way and Witan Way, a short walk from the museum.
By bus
From Oxford, Cheltenham, the surrounding villages and small towns.
Accessibility
The ground floor is accessible to all via a small ramp but due to the size and age of the building access to the first floor is by a flight of stairs.
No public toilets on site.
