Join us at Witney & District Museum for Museum Explorers, our exciting programme of family activities throughout the summer holidays.

This week, get creative with wool and discover why it has been at the heart of Witney’s story for centuries. Experiment with colourful strands of wool to doodle, twist and create your own unique artwork inspired by the museum’s famous blanket collection. Whether you make swirling patterns, playful pictures or abstract designs, let your imagination run wild with one of Witney’s most iconic materials.

Perfect for  children and their families. Come along and discover the stories that make Witney unique. All materials are provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

All workshops are free although donations are welcome.
