Join us at Witney & District Museum for Museum Explorers, our exciting programme of family activities throughout the summer holidays.

This week, discover how the railway transformed Witney before creating your own train-inspired bookmark. Take inspiration from historic locomotives, railway tickets, station signs and the museum’s railway collection to design a colourful bookmark that’s perfect for keeping your place in your favourite book. Whether you choose a classic steam engine or invent your own railway design, your bookmark is sure to be first class!

Perfect for  children and their families. Come along and discover the stories that make Witney unique. All materials are provided. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

All workshops are free although donations are welcome.
